A case of colonic endometriosis in a 32 year-old woman in presented. We comment the clinical presentation, with rectal hemorrhages as the only symptom; the involvement of the colonic mucosa in the form of a polypoid lesion and the finding of endometrium in the mucosal biopsy. These exceptional coincidences made the pathological diagnosis possible in the tissue obtained by the endoscopic biopsy.
本文报道了一例32岁女性的结肠子宫内膜异位症病例。我们讨论了临床表现，唯一症状为直肠出血；结肠黏膜以息肉样病变形式受累，且在黏膜活检中发现子宫内膜。这些特殊的巧合使得通过内镜活检获取的组织得以进行病理诊断。
