Immunopathological hypersensitivity reactions frequently involve the eye and its adnexa. Owning to their exposed position in the body, the eyelids and eyes are affected by a variety of allergic reactions. Autoimmune diseases often involve the highly vascular uvea, but also the conjunctiva, cornea and retina.
免疫病理超敏反应常累及眼及其附属器。由于眼睑和眼睛在身体中处于暴露位置，它们会受到多种过敏反应的影响。自身免疫性疾病常累及血管丰富的葡萄膜，也可累及结膜、角膜和视网膜。
