The authors examined 40 patients with acute puerperal mastitis and 34 healthy puerperas of the control group. Functional activity of the blood microphages and the breast milk macrophages according to the NST-test data has proved to be significantly increased, but at the same time, the decrease in potential possibilities of the cells was noted. Expression of both the types of the blood neutrophile granulocyte receptors increased, and that of the breast milk macrophages decreased.
作者对40例急性产褥期乳腺炎患者及34例作为对照组的健康产妇进行了检查。根据硝基四氮唑蓝试验（NST）数据，血液巨噬细胞和母乳巨噬细胞的功能活性显著增强，但同时也注意到细胞的潜在能力有所下降。血液中性粒细胞受体两种类型的表达均增加，而母乳巨噬细胞的表达则下降。
