Abstract
A case of pseudothrombophlebitis of the whole right leg by an inguinal synovial cyst that had a compressed femoral vein is presented. Differential diagnosis is important in order to avoid hemorrhagic complications. The usefulness of ultrasonography and necessity of phlebography are emphasized. Radical excision of the cyst is recommended.

本文报告一例因腹股沟滑膜囊肿压迫股静脉导致右下肢全腿假性血栓性静脉炎的病例。鉴别诊断对于避免出血并发症很重要。强调了超声检查的作用及静脉造影的必要性。建议对囊肿进行根治性切除。
