Fredrichson phenotyping of hyperlipidemia was carried out in 55 patients with obliterative atherosclerosis of the lower extremity blood vessels. The average values of lipid metabolism evidence moderate disorders of the lipid metabolism. The second type of hyperlipoproteinemia prevailed. The dynamics of changes of the indices of lipid metabolism in the postsorption period depends on the initial level. In cases with a high initial level the content of cholesterol and triglycerids reduces significantly while in case of normal initial values or slightly elevated values the content of cholesterol and triglycerids changes insignificantly.
对55例下肢血管闭塞性动脉粥样硬化患者进行了高脂血症的弗雷德里克森分型。脂质代谢的平均值表明脂质代谢存在中度紊乱。以Ⅱ型高脂蛋白血症为主。吸附后脂质代谢指标的变化动态取决于初始水平。初始水平高的情况下，胆固醇和甘油三酯含量显著降低，而初始值正常或略高时，胆固醇和甘油三酯含量变化不明显。
