Local-dosed hypothermia is a pathogenetically substantiated method of treatment of facial neuritis as it produces a marked anti-inflammatory effect due to development of a persistent reflex vasospasm. The method is effective in the acute stage of the disease, has no contraindications and reduces significantly the chemotherapy load.
局部低温疗法是一种经病理证实的治疗面神经炎的方法，因为持续性反射性血管痉挛的发生会产生显著的抗炎作用。该方法在疾病急性期有效，无禁忌症，且能显著减轻化疗负担。
