Abstract
Oligodendrogliomas rarely occur primarily in the ventricular system. We have reported a case of primary oligodendroglioma in the right lateral ventricle. The tumor was partially resected, a ventriculoperitoneal shunt was placed, and the patient had postoperative radiation therapy. She is asymptomatic at six months' follow-up.

少突胶质细胞瘤很少主要发生于脑室系统。我们报告了一例右侧侧脑室原发性少突胶质细胞瘤的病例。肿瘤部分切除，置入了脑室腹腔分流管，患者术后接受了放射治疗。在六个月的随访中她没有症状。
