A short survey of literature is given in the article. 1480 meniscectomies were performed at the Orthopedic Clinic of Semmelweis Medical University in the interval between 1952--75; 29 of these cases were carried out for discoid menisci. Symptoms are introduced and results of operative treatment are evaluated. The author makes a few suggestions based on his own experiences.
本文对相关文献进行了简要综述。1952年至1975年间，塞梅尔维斯医科大学骨科诊所进行了1480例半月板切除术；其中29例是针对盘状半月板进行的。文中介绍了症状，并对手术治疗结果进行了评估。作者根据自己的经验提出了一些建议。
