Abstract

AIM

To investigate the levels of nine metals [aluminium (Al), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), beryllium (Be), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), lead (Pb) and molybdenum (Mo)] in MTA Angelus, Micro Mega MTA and Bioaggregate using inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).

METHODOLOGY

Each material (0.2 g) was digested using a mixture of hydrochloric and nitric acids and then filtered. The levels of nine metals in the resulting filtrates were measured by ICP-OES. The results were statistically analysed using one-way anova and the Bonferroni test.

RESULTS

MTA Angelus contained more aluminium, beryllium and chromium than Micro Mega MTA (P < 0.05), whilst their levels of arsenic, cadmium and iron were similar. Antimony, lead and molybdenum were not detected in any of the three tested cements. Bioaggregate contained trace amounts of aluminium.

CONCLUSIONS

MTA Angelus and Micro Mega MTA contained small amounts of seven tested metal oxides. Bioaggregate only contained trace amounts of aluminium.

目的

采用电感耦合等离子体-光学发射光谱法(ICP-OES)检测 MTA Angelus、Micro Mega MTA 和 Bioaggregate 中 9 种金属(铝(Al)、锑(Sb)、砷(As)、铍(Be)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铁(Fe)、铅(Pb)和钼(Mo))的含量。

方法

每种材料(0.2 g)均用盐酸和硝酸混合液进行消解,然后过滤。用 ICP-OES 测定滤液中 9 种金属的含量。采用单因素方差分析和 Bonferroni 检验对结果进行统计学分析。

结果

MTA Angelus 中的铝、铍和铬含量高于 Micro Mega MTA(P<0.05),而砷、镉和铁含量相似。三种测试水泥中均未检测到锑、铅和钼。Bioaggregate 中仅含有痕量的铝。

结论

MTA Angelus 和 Micro Mega MTA 含有少量 7 种测试金属氧化物。Bioaggregate 仅含有痕量的铝。
