AIM
To assess the transferability of 14 evidence-based patient safety indicators (PSI) to the German hospital system.
METHODS
A two-staged modified multidisciplinary Delphi process was used, applying the scientific criteria of the QUALIFY instrument.
RESULTS
Eleven of the 14 PSI were judged to be transferable to and feasible in the German hospital setting.
CONCLUSIONS
The consented PSI are potentially suitable for German quality assurance measurement. Prior to implementation, further operationalisation and empirical validation is recommended.
目的
评估14项循证患者安全指标（PSI）在德国医院系统中的可转移性。
方法
采用两阶段改良多学科德尔菲法，应用QUALIFY工具的科学标准。
结果
14项PSI中的11项被判定可转移至德国医院环境并可行。
结论
认可的PSI可能适用于德国的质量保证测量。在实施之前，建议进一步细化并进行实证验证。
