[Modalities for a coordinated approach to crisis situations in institutions, from the viewpoint of the patient care team].

The authors, while questioning the admission's services too specialized, commend a greater personalization of the treatments. They propose for this the use of a procedure: the care's process. Arguing in favour of an interdisciplinary approach, they remind us of some important principles of the work in teams, using for this both an individual and contextual approach. Finally, they express a postulate for the future, that the in-and outpatients' services should be enough coordinated to take better into account the necessary continuity in the treatments.
