[Experience in the management of fresh fibular capsule-ligament injuries of the upper ankle joint using fibrin glue].

Abstract
An alternative in the reconstruction of fresh lateral ankle ligament injuries is reported. Especially in heavily traumatised ligament stumps, safe application of adapting sutures can be difficult. Thus local reactions of the tissue can cause augmented but functionally insufficient scars. The fibrin glue warrants an atraumatic treatment of the ligaments.
摘要
本文报道了一种修复新鲜外侧踝关节韧带损伤的替代方法。特别是在韧带残端严重创伤的情况下，应用适配缝线可能会有困难。因此，组织的局部反应可能会导致瘢痕增大但功能不足。纤维蛋白胶保证了韧带的无创治疗。
