[Dumping syndrome and reactive hypoglycemia in a patient following esophagoplasty and methods of treatment].

Oesophagoplasty from colon and jejunum to exclude the stomach from digestive passage is a cause of Dumping syndrome. Severe postprandial hypoglycaemia occurred, after the stomach had been re-included into food passage. An analysis was made of the behaviour of carbohydrate metabolism and of the humoral factors associated with disorders.
