BACKGROUND
C1q nephropathy (C1qN) is an uncommon glomerulopathy with a significant deposition of C1q in mesangium without clinical evidence of lupus.According to the best of our knowledge, there is not any report on coincidence of diabetes mellitus and C1qN.
CASE PRESENTATION
In this report, we presented a 28 years-old-patient with type 1 diabetes and nephrotic range proteinuria, glomerular hematuria and C1q glomerulopathy in renal biopsy.
CONCLUSIONS
According to the best of our knowledge, there is no previous report about the association between type 1 DM and C1qN. Prevalence of autoimmune disease is higher in type 1 DM and this may explain the relation between DM and C1qN in our patient.
背景
C1q肾病（C1qN）是一种罕见的肾小球病，系膜中有大量C1q沉积，但无狼疮的临床证据。据我们所知，尚无糖尿病与C1qN并存的报道。
病例报告
在本报告中，我们介绍了一名28岁的1型糖尿病患者，其肾活检显示有肾病范围蛋白尿、肾小球血尿和C1q肾小球病。
结论
据我们所知，此前尚无关于1型糖尿病与C1qN关联的报道。1型糖尿病患者自身免疫性疾病的患病率较高，这可能解释了我们患者中糖尿病与C1qN之间的关系。
