[Bilateral hydrocephalus due to fetal intracranial hemorrhage in third trimester].

Antenatal diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) has been widely published. Hemorrhages may occur either within the cerebral ventricles, subdural space or infratentorial fossa. Differential diagnosis is clinical challenge. Usually the outcome is poor. In this case report we present a case of antenatal diagnosis of severe intracranial hemorrhage in third trimester, opted for termination. We discussed etiology, pathophysiology of this condition, classification and the prognosis.
