Promoting a positive representation of old age in nursing homes. Preserving a representation of the residents of nursing homes which has meaning for the professionals working with these people who are extremely vulnerable in terms of their health (physiological, psychological and social) is far from easy. It constitutes one of the main challenges of management.
促进养老院中对老年人的积极呈现。对于那些在健康（生理、心理和社会层面）极为脆弱的养老院居民，要保持一种对与他们打交道的专业人员有意义的呈现方式绝非易事。这构成了管理工作的主要挑战之一。
