Coronary artery bypass grafting using right gastroepiploic artery and pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy are both well known and commonly performed procedures independently. However, pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy after coronary artery bypass grafting using right gastroepiploic artery has not been reported in the literature. We report the first case with operative demonstration of pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy in a patient who had undergone coronary artery bypass grafting using an in situ right gastroepiploic artery graft.
使用右胃网膜动脉进行冠状动脉旁路移植术和保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术都是众所周知且广泛开展的独立手术。然而，在使用右胃网膜动脉进行冠状动脉旁路移植术后行保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术尚未见文献报道。我们报告首例原位右胃网膜动脉移植物行冠状动脉旁路移植术后行保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术，并进行了手术演示。
