The state-of-the-art review of literature on a problem of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty in patients of the senior age groups with sharp cardiovascular pathology is submitted in three parts. In the third part the review on a problem of contrast-induced nephropathy in geriatric practice is submitted. Questions of the forecast, prevention and association with multimorbidity and chronic kidney disease are discussed.
