Immune thrombocytopenic purpura is the most common autoimmune hematologic disease, affecting individuals of different ages. Recently, the bacterium Helicobacter pylori entered the list of causes of immune thrombocytopenic purpura. Here we present the case of a 55-year-old female patient with low platelet counts initially attributed to chronic vaginal bleeding. As corticosteroid therapy was ineffective she was treated for H. pylori infection. Within four weeks the patient had a platelet count of 87.17 ×10(9)/L accompanied by clinical improvement of the symptoms.
免疫性血小板减少性紫癜是最常见的自身免疫性血液疾病，影响不同年龄段的个体。最近，幽门螺杆菌进入了免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的病因列表。在此，我们报告一例55岁女性患者，其血小板计数低最初归因于慢性阴道出血。由于皮质类固醇治疗无效，她接受了幽门螺杆菌感染治疗。四周内，患者血小板计数为87.17×10⁹/L，症状在临床上有所改善。
