IgA, IgG, IgM, prealbumin, albumin, ceruloplasmin, transferrin, and haptoglobin levels have been measured in the blood sera of 136 men, 78 of these alcoholics and 58 nonalcoholics. Assessment of the diagnostic efficacy of these para-meters has shown that IgA and prealbumin are diagnostically the most valuable parameters.

已对136名男性的血清进行了IgA、IgG、IgM、前白蛋白、白蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白和触珠蛋白水平的检测，其中78人为酗酒者，58人为非酗酒者。对这些参数诊断效力的评估表明，IgA和前白蛋白在诊断方面是最有价值的参数。
