An advanced case of abdominal pregnancy of 31.5 weeks of evolution, is presented. Etiology aspects, frequency, clinical aspects, complications, diagnostics and treatment, are commented upon. The case was resolved by an exploratory laparotomy. A single alive product, female of 1.775 Kg. Apgar of 6,8,9, was obtained. Neither trans or post operative complications of consideration, were present. There were no mother or fetal mortality.
本文报告一例孕31.5周进展期腹腔妊娠病例。对其病因、发生率、临床症状、并发症、诊断及治疗进行了讨论。该病例通过剖腹探查得以解决。产出一个存活的单胎女婴，体重1.775千克，阿氏评分分别为6分、8分、9分。术中及术后均未出现严重并发症，母婴均未死亡。
