Sometimes a maxillary permanent first molar, erupts mesially and causes both resorption on primary second molar and uncompletion its eruption. Consequently, this will end up early loss of primary second molar and loss of space in the arch length. It has been suggested several methods for ectopic eruption treatment. In this article, we would like to advocate an appliance which is simple, effective and easy to fabricate for early treatment of ectopic eruption.
有时上颌恒第一磨牙近中萌出，导致乳第二磨牙吸收且自身萌出不全。因此，这将最终导致乳第二磨牙过早缺失以及牙弓长度的间隙丧失。已经提出了几种治疗异位萌出的方法。在本文中，我们提倡一种用于早期治疗异位萌出的矫治器，它简单、有效且易于制作。
