In this study, the following procedures to remove discoloration were performed, using a modified version of the Walking-Bleach method. 1) The stained dentin was removed as much as possible. 2) Effect of decolarion were enhanced by etching on the dentin. 3) After a desirable color was obtained, total etching and restoration with adhesive composite resin were conducted for strengthening and aesthetic recovery. Tooth discoloration due to tetracycline, 3 subjects in this study, has previously been regarded as difficult to bleach, could be carried out satisfactorily with few appointments. Consequently, this modification of the Walking-Bleach method was considered as one of effective methods.
在本研究中,使用改良版的“行走漂白法”进行了以下去除变色的操作。1)尽可能去除染色的牙本质。2)通过酸蚀牙本质增强脱色效果。3)在获得理想颜色后,进行全酸蚀并用粘结复合树脂修复,以增强强度和恢复美观。本研究中的3名因四环素导致牙齿变色的受试者,此前被认为难以漂白,现在通过较少的就诊次数就能令人满意地完成漂白。因此,这种改良的“行走漂白法”被认为是有效的方法之一。
