Replacement of maxillary anterior teeth in patients with natural diastema present problems that are further complicated if the patient wishes to preserve the spacing. This report describes a means of replacing a missing anterior tooth, while maintaining a midline diastema. The treatment that we utilized was insertion of a modified adhesive bridge. And also, maxillary lateral teeth restored with laminate veneers. In the adhesive fixed bridge, the pontic and the retainer were connected by a loop. Treatment with a modified adhesive bridge is a reversible, simple, and conservative technique.
对于存在天然牙间隙的患者，上颌前牙的修复存在问题，如果患者希望保留间隙，问题会更加复杂。本报告描述了一种在保持中线间隙的同时替换缺失前牙的方法。我们采用的治疗方法是插入改良粘结桥。此外，上颌侧切牙用烤瓷贴面修复。在粘结固定桥中，桥体和固位体通过一个环连接。使用改良粘结桥进行治疗是一种可逆、简单且保守的技术。
