There is no recommendation for the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia in pregnancy, as it even sometimes needs administration of strong opioids.
Here, we report a pregnant woman with severe zoster neuralgia who responded favorably to acetaminophen. Due to the drug's safe profile and good efficacy, acetaminophen can be used as an alternative for herpetic neuralgia in pregnant women. However, controlled studies are still needed.
目前尚无针对妊娠期带状疱疹神经痛的治疗推荐，因为其治疗有时甚至需要使用强效阿片类药物。
在此，我们报告一名患有严重带状疱疹神经痛的孕妇，对乙酰氨基酚反应良好。鉴于该药安全性良好且疗效确切，乙酰氨基酚可作为孕妇疱疹后神经痛的替代用药。然而，仍需进行对照研究。
