Comparative analysis of the treatment results in 52 patients, suffering deep defects of the coverage tissues of extremities, was done, basing on applying of flaps with temporary and constant nutrent pedicle. The extremity functional state and the patient's quality of life were determined, using SF-36 and EUROQOL-5D questionnaire. The method of plasty, using the flap on a constant nutrient pedicle, have appeared the optimal one for closure of defects in the coverage tissues of the extremities.
对52例患有四肢覆盖组织深度缺损的患者的治疗结果进行了比较分析，该分析基于应用带有临时和恒定营养蒂的皮瓣。使用SF-36和EUROQOL-5D问卷确定了肢体功能状态和患者的生活质量。使用恒定营养蒂皮瓣的整形方法似乎是闭合四肢覆盖组织缺损的最佳方法。
