In 86 patients with Clomiphen-therapy a daily LH-, E2-monitoring and a sonographic follicle-measurement was performed. In 27 patients a normal endocrine profile, in 12 women a double estradiol arise must be registered. A missing LH peak was noted in 9 cases. In 11 women a double LH peak occurred. 7 patients showed a LH arise two hours after the estradiol peak. In 15 women the ultrasound examination showed an insufficient follicular growth. In 5 cases the typical luf-syndrome was found. Though this variations in cycle-monitoring could be noted their effects in infertility is not really explained.
对86例接受克罗米芬治疗的患者进行了每日促黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）监测及超声卵泡测量。27例患者内分泌情况正常，12例女性出现了雌二醇水平双升现象。9例患者未出现LH峰值。11例女性出现了LH双峰。7例患者在雌二醇峰值出现两小时后LH水平升高。15例女性超声检查显示卵泡生长不足。5例发现典型的黄体化未破裂卵泡综合征。尽管可以观察到周期监测中的这些变化，但它们对不孕症的影响尚未得到真正解释。
