The study was undertaken to analyze the state of visual, cardiovascular and antioxidant systems along with peripheral blood exposed to laser emission with the wavelength of 10.6 mm and energetic exposure equal to that of threshold (21 J.cm2) and subthreshold (1/7 of the threshold value). Not only local but also general changes were detected. The cardiovascular and antioxidant systems were most sensitive to this type of exposure. The degree of changes was dose-dependent.
