A rare case of primary plasma cell leukaemia is presented as a plasmacytic dyscrasia with high number of plasma cells in peripheral blood and bone marrow, few osteolytic lesions and with cardiac and renal failure. The morphology of leukaemic cells were variable ranging from lymphoplasmacytic to differentiated plasma cells. Bence-Jones protein Lambda Chain was found in urine and serum. The patient was treated with chemotherapy (M2 protocol) with survival of 33 months.
本文报告了一例罕见的原发性浆细胞白血病,表现为浆细胞异常增生,外周血和骨髓中浆细胞数量增多,溶骨性病变较少,并伴有心肾功能衰竭。白血病细胞形态多样,从淋巴浆细胞到分化的浆细胞不等。尿液和血清中发现了本-周蛋白λ链。患者接受了化疗(M2方案),生存期为33个月。
