Abstract

A 58-year-old woman presenting with atypical chest pain showed a turbulent color Doppler signal at the interatrial septum on a transthoracic echocardiography and was found to have a huge coronary arteriovenous fistula originating from the middle right coronary artery and draining into right atrium with a very tortuous course using cardiac multidetector CT. A trivial echocardiographic finding should not be overlooked and could be evaluated thoroughly and noninvasively by multidetector CT.

摘要

一名58岁出现非典型胸痛的女性,经胸超声心动图显示房间隔处有紊乱的彩色多普勒信号,心脏多排CT检查发现其患有巨大的冠状动脉瘘,起源于右冠状动脉中段,引流至右心房,走行非常迂曲。超声心动图的细微发现不应被忽视,多排CT可对其进行全面且无创的评估。
