Abstract

Pseudomonas fluorescens was isolated from the diseased rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss, in Iwate Prefecture. Typical symptoms of the diseased fish were hemorrhage at the bases of fin and anal region, and internally, petechia of each organ, especially the intestine. This bacterium was pathogenic to rainbow trout and Tilapia, Sarotherodon niloticus.

荧光假单胞菌是从岩手县患病的虹鳟鱼(Oncorhynchus mykiss)中分离出来的。患病鱼的典型症状是鳍基部和肛门区域出血,在体内,各个器官出现瘀点,尤其是肠道。这种细菌对虹鳟鱼和尼罗罗非鱼(Sarotherodon niloticus)具有致病性。
