Localization of primary solid tumors on the omentum is rare and of leiomyoblastoma exceptional. A 57-year-old patient presented on the omentum an encapsulated, lumpy tumoral formation, 9 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm, with whitish-grey and hemorrhagic cystic zones. Predominant histopathologically were images of leiomyoblastoma infiltrated with fascicular and pleomorphic zones, recent thrombosis and hemorrhage. The postoperative evolution was satisfactory after three years.
原发性实体瘤位于大网膜的情况罕见，而成肌纤维母细胞瘤更是少见。一名57岁患者的大网膜上出现了一个包膜完整、呈块状的肿瘤，大小为9×4.5×2.5厘米，有灰白色和出血性囊性区域。组织病理学上主要表现为成肌纤维母细胞瘤的图像，伴有束状和多形性区域、近期血栓形成和出血。三年后术后恢复情况良好。
