Abstract
The biological activity of isolates of nuclear polyhedrosis virus of black arches moth isolated at different stages of the insect-host population cycle was determined. The isolates obtained were identified with restriction endonucleases Bam H1, Sta 1, Pst 1.

测定了在昆虫寄主种群周期不同阶段分离得到的黑纹蛾核型多角体病毒分离株的生物活性。用限制性内切酶Bam H1、Sta 1、Pst 1对获得的分离株进行了鉴定。
