The efficacy of environmental protection in the areas of location of protein synthesis microbiologic plants was analyzed. It was established that under the conditions of observance of a technological regime and the stability of the gas cleaning systems for industrial affluents the operation of the plants caused no air pollution of residential districts by fungi producers and protein dust of the finished product. The study revealed the absence of detrimental health effect of microbiologic products. The proposed set of biomedical indicators can be recommended for monitoring air quality in the area of location of microbiologic plants.
分析了蛋白质合成微生物工厂所在地的环境保护效果。结果表明,在遵守工艺制度以及工业废水气体净化系统稳定的条件下,这些工厂的运营不会造成居民区受到真菌生产者和成品蛋白质粉尘的空气污染。该研究表明微生物产品对健康没有有害影响。所提出的一系列生物医学指标可推荐用于监测微生物工厂所在地的空气质量。
