This case report presents a 39-year-old woman with Mondor's disease in the left chest wall six months after excision of a malignant melanoma in the left lumbar region, with sentinel lymph node-biopsy from the left axilla. Mondor's disease is a rare, benign and self-limiting superficial thrombophlebitis, which can appear after surgery on the breast or thorax. Aetiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation and disease course are reviewed.
本病例报告介绍了一名39岁女性，在左腰区恶性黑色素瘤切除术后6个月，左胸壁出现蒙多氏病，同时进行了左腋窝前哨淋巴结活检。蒙多氏病是一种罕见的、良性的、自限性的浅表血栓性静脉炎，可在乳房或胸部手术后出现。本文对其病因、病理生理学、临床表现和病程进行了综述。
