By using the method of electromyography of the anterior abdominal wall and punction laparoscopy in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis the author reduced the percentage of diagnostic errors considerably, to 5.7 and 0.9%, respectively (in the traditional means of making the diagnosis, it is about 30%). It is proved convincingly that nondestructive forms of acute appendicitis do not develop into destructive forms.
通过使用腹壁前肌电图和穿刺腹腔镜检查方法诊断急性阑尾炎，作者大幅降低了诊断错误率，分别降至5.7%和0.9%（传统诊断方法的错误率约为30%）。令人信服地证明，急性阑尾炎的非破坏性形式不会发展为破坏性形式。
