From the leaves of Cleome chelidonii L.f., two new flavonol glycosides, named cleomesides A (1) and B (2), and four known compounds, quercetin 3-O-β-glucopyranosyl(1 → 2)-α-rhamnoside-7-O-α-rhamnoside (3), ethyl α-galactopyranoside (4), adenine (5) and glycerol monostearate (6), were isolated. The structures of all isolated compounds (1-6) were determined by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The data of known compounds (3-6) were further compared with the reported data for these compounds.
从白花菜(Cleome chelidonii L.f.)的叶子中分离出了两种新的黄酮醇苷,分别命名为白花菜苷A(1)和白花菜苷B(2),以及四种已知化合物,槲皮素3 - O - β - 吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)- α - 鼠李糖苷 - 7 - O - α - 鼠李糖苷(3)、α - 吡喃半乳糖乙酯(4)、腺嘌呤(5)和单硬脂酸甘油酯(6)。所有分离得到的化合物(1 - 6)的结构均通过核磁共振光谱和质谱测定。已知化合物(3 - 6)的数据进一步与这些化合物的报道数据进行了比较。
