[Gigantic esophageal ulcer associated with a cytomegalovirus in an HIV positive patient].

The authors report and HIV positive patient whose first manifestation of AIDS was the appearance of a giant esophageal ulcer due to cytomegalovirus. We comment on the frequency, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and endoscopic aspects of esophageal cytomegalovirus affectation.
