Abstract
Trichophytic brow lifting is a popular method of repositioning the brows/upper lid complex. The procedure has traditionally been described in a subcutaneous plane of dissection. An equally effective, yet safer modification of the trichophytic brow lift, performed in the deeper, subgaleal plane, is described herein. This modification significantly improves the vascularity of the forehead flap.

毛囊性提眉术是一种重新定位眉毛/上睑复合体的常用方法。传统上该手术是在皮下解剖层面进行描述的。本文介绍了一种在更深的帽状腱膜下层平面进行的毛囊性提眉术改良方法，同样有效且更安全。这种改良显著改善了额部皮瓣的血运。
