[Granulocyte alkaline phosphatase and myeloperoxidase in patients with ischemic heart disease].

Alkaline phosphatase and myeloperoxidase was examined in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease and myocardial infarction. It was established that patients with myocardial infarction showed high values of alkaline phosphatase while the values of myeloperoxidase were low. Dynamic evaluation of alkaline phosphatase and myeloperoxidase of leucocytes allows to assess the course of myocardial infarction and efficacy of its treatment.
