The authors analyse the advantages offered by the computerized tomography in comparison with the conventional methods of diagnosis, the study and classification (TNM) of a case of pulmonary adenocarcinoma with multiple metastases: renal, suprarenal, hepatic, peritoneal, bony, lymph node. At the same time there are also pointed out the limits of this new method.
作者分析了计算机断层扫描与传统诊断方法相比所具有的优势，对一例伴有肾、肾上腺、肝、腹膜、骨、淋巴结多处转移的肺腺癌病例进行了研究及分类（TNM）。同时也指出了这种新方法的局限性。
