Abstract

Jejunal intussusception is a known complication of ileojejunal bypass surgery for obesity that may present as an acute abdomen. It can be avoided if the jejunum is anchored to the transverse mesocolon intra-operatively.

空肠套叠是肥胖症回肠空肠旁路手术的一种已知并发症，可能表现为急腹症。如果在手术中把空肠固定于横结肠系膜，就可以避免这种情况。
