Abstract
An elderly person's choice to remain at home until the end of their life must be respected. Their care requires a multidisciplinary approach in consultation with the patient and their family. The fundamental element remains the support of a human being approaching the end of life. This article presents the example of the Arc en Ciel palliative care network which works with patients in their homes.
