A method for the prediction of gastric carcinoma relapses has been developed and tried in 51 patients after a subtotal resection of the stomach. The method is based on the estimation of the ratio of cAMP levels in the remaining gastric mucosa along the resection line and in the tumor tissue. The accuracy of the method is 94.1%; its use permits a sufficiently reliable prediction of a gastric carcinoma recurrence.
一种预测胃癌复发的方法已被开发出来，并在51例胃次全切除术后的患者中进行了试验。该方法基于对切除线周围剩余胃黏膜和肿瘤组织中cAMP水平比值的评估。该方法的准确率为94.1%；使用该方法可以对胃癌复发进行足够可靠的预测。
