[Malignant pleomorphic fibrous histiocytoma of the lung. A clinical case].

A 44 year old woman presented with a bloody sputum, associated to bilateral lung nodules resembling metastatic lung carcinoma. The diagnosis of pulmonary malignant pleomorphic fibrous histiocytoma was made through an open lung biopsy. Histological considerations and a literature review related to this rare condition are induced.
