Abstract
A case of a patient receiving chemotherapy because of breast cancer who developed adult respiratory distress caused by Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia is presented. The evolution was good after treatment with 20 mg/kg/day of trimethoprim and 100 mg/kg/day of sulfamethoxazole.

本文报告一例因乳腺癌接受化疗的患者，发生了由卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎引起的成人呼吸窘迫综合征。经每日20mg/kg甲氧苄啶和每日100mg/kg磺胺甲恶唑治疗后病情好转。
