Abstract
Authors describe a case of consolidation of a congenital pseudarthrosis. The difficulties of the treatment of this disease are known. Very few procedures can secure the internal fixation and the induction of osteogenesis in the same time. Authors used beside internal fixation the distraction method that led to a surprisingly quick consolidation.
