[Reconstructive possibilities after burns of the female breast].

Reconstruction of the adolescent female breast after full-thickness burns differs from that of the mature female breast. Whereas a final correction is aspired to in the adult, the operative procedure should be adjusted to the evolution of the breast in the adolescent. Our therapeutic guidelines as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the different procedures are discussed.
