Possible diagnosis of critical coronary stenosis using a bicycle ergometry along with coronary angiography was studied in 193 patients. Informative hemodynamic criteria were proposed for noninvasive diagnosis of anatomic critical coronary stenosis during exercise. Application of coronary angiography combined with a bicycle ergometric testing enabled the true critical coronary stenosis to be diagnosed.
对193例患者进行了研究，探讨使用自行车运动试验结合冠状动脉造影术对严重冠状动脉狭窄进行可能的诊断。提出了用于运动期间解剖学严重冠状动脉狭窄无创诊断的信息性血流动力学标准。冠状动脉造影术与自行车运动试验相结合的应用能够诊断出真正的严重冠状动脉狭窄。
