We present a case of plateau iris and glaucoma due to multiple unilateral iridociliary cysts. The patient was treated with iridotomy Nd: YAG laser and 360° iridoplasty, without achieving pressure control. Phacoemulsification improved the hypertension. Dynamic gonioscopy and OCT of the anterior chamber was also performed before and after treatment.
Iridociliary cysts are a benign condition that can cause iris plateau configuration, and can produce a difficult to treat ocular hypertension. Cystotomy, peripheral iridoplasty, and other treatments have been proposed.
我们报告一例因多个单侧虹膜睫状体囊肿导致的高原虹膜和青光眼病例。患者接受了钕:钇铝石榴石激光虹膜切开术和360°虹膜成形术，但眼压控制未达标。白内障超声乳化术改善了高血压情况。治疗前后还进行了动态前房角镜检查和前房光学相干断层扫描。
虹膜睫状体囊肿是一种良性疾病，可导致虹膜高原形态，并可引起难以治疗的眼压升高。已提出囊肿切开术、周边虹膜成形术及其他治疗方法。
